He highlighted that these proxies are trained and funded across the border to carry out destabilizing activities in Pakistan.

• Indian Proxies: The Minister noted that India, unable to face Pakistan in direct conflict, has increased its investment in proxies that target soft targets, including schools and marketplaces.
